Training for Healthcare Providers
As a public safety profession or healthcare provider, individuals are expected to stay up to date with the latest CPR training and standards as set forth by leaders in the industry. CPR is a part of the daily lives of many individuals who accept the call to serve individuals who are in need, either in the field as EMS Providers and Firefighters, or in a heathcare setting, such as hospitals and doctor's offices.
Currently, the State of Michigan accepts CPR training for EMS providers from either the American Red Cross and the American Heart Association as part of their licensure requirements within the state.
Here at the Emergency Response Training Center, we are proud to be an Authorized Provider for American Red Cross training. Our training meets the minimum requirements of the American Red Cross, and most certifications are good for two (2) years from successful course completion.
We also maintain an affiliation with an American Heart Association training center, and look forward to offering popular courses through the AHA soon.
Current course offerings can be found on both the American Red Cross and American Heart Association pages on our site. Check back regularly for updated offerings, or contact us today if there is a course you would like to have but do not see it listed.
